Any item(s) can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies under the following terms:

You must return your purchase within 8 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition and unwashed, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.

Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange underwear and hosiery or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.

Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable.

Please do not return any goods unless you qualify under all the refund terms, as we will be unable to process the refund
